Working with airport assistance
Paris Aéroport offers a free assistance service for disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility (the PRM service). You book it through your airline, usually at least 48 hours before the flight; it covers the journey from the aircraft to the arrivals hall (and the reverse on departure).
Our driver takes over at the exit: you agree on an accessible meeting point, generally at the arrivals exit of your terminal. The driver waits with a name board, helps collect the luggage and settles the wheelchair.
On departure, allow the check-in margin your airline recommends for PRM passengers — we set the pickup time accordingly.
Terminals and pickup points
CDG has three terminals: Terminal 1, Terminal 2 with halls 2A to 2F (Air France, SkyTeam and several European carriers) and Terminal 3 (charter and low-cost flights).
On arrival the driver waits at the accessible point closest to your baggage hall exit. On departure, drop-off is at the entrance nearest the check-in desks and PRM access.
Delays, waiting and luggage
We track your flight by its number. If it is delayed, early or diverted, the driver adjusts the pickup automatically at no extra cost.
A reasonable wait is included after landing so you have time to collect baggage and exit with assistance. The 7-seat van has a large boot for bulky luggage and equipment.

Yes. The free Paris Aéroport assistance is booked through your airline, usually 48 hours before the flight. It takes you from the aircraft to the arrivals hall; our driver then takes over at the agreed meeting point.

Does my electric wheelchair travel with me in the vehicle?
With the ramp-equipped vehicle, yes: you stay seated in your chair, which is tied down on board. Give the weight and dimensions when booking.
